2026 South Stoke and Midford Produce Show

Saturday 5th September 2026

Save the date for this year’s Produce Show.

What is the Show?

The show is an early-autumn highlight, where villagers and their families can get together. It has taken place each year since it was founded in the seventies by Joan Carey-Jones. There is plenty to enjoy about this traditional show, whether you choose to compete or just come along to enjoy viewing the many exhibits. If you haven’t been before this is a prime opportunity for you to take part – there are nearly 60 different ways to show off your skills!

You can show off your vegetables and fruit, your cake or jam making skill, art and crafts, photography and much more. There is silverware to be won: cups and shields for class-winning entries. It’s also a sociable village occasion, to chat, laugh, have tea and cake, maybe a glass of fizz or something from the Packhorse Pub, and much more. You may even win a prize-winning entry in the auction that rounds off the afternoon.

Find out about last year’s show, and the year before! These pages include the cup winners for each recent year.

We will deliver programmes to houses in South Stoke and Midford in mid August, and some programmes will be available in the Packhorse Inn and the church. Or you can download your programme from this website.

You will be able to download the 2026 show programme here from mid August. It contains the rules, full details of all the classes you can enter and more.

You will be able to download the entry form, and children’s colouring page here in August too.
